Gunnar Habitz, trading as Connect & Act Media (“the Company”) respects the privacy of the people who use this website and the services on it (the “Site”). This statement explains what information is gathered during a visit and how it may be used.
Use of information. As a general policy, no personally identifiable information – such as your name, address or email – is automatically collected when you visit. Standard internet servers record non-personal information such as your browser type, operating system and IP address to help operate the Site.
Information you provide. Mailing lists, downloads, registration forms and surveys may ask for contact details such as your name and email address. Anything you submit is used only as needed for our legitimate business interests, including improving our products, services and content. Personally identifiable information is never sold or leased to third parties. With your permission we may use your contact details to send you information about our work, and you can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link.
Service providers. Newsletter and email delivery run through ActiveCampaign; the Site is hosted by SiteGround. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their service.
Children 16 and under. If you are 16 or younger, please do not submit any personal information to the Site. If we learn that a child aged 16 or under has provided personal information, we will delete it.
