Why it matters
Most readers arrive once and vanish
Someone discovers your book, has a look, and leaves – and you never hear from them again. A funnel changes that: it offers a reason to leave an email, then sends a sequence that builds trust and points to your book at the right moment. It is the difference between a one-off glance and a reader who follows everything you do next.
A live example: the Resolution Reset Blueprint – a capture page and welcome sequence built exactly this way.
I build it in Kit by default – but I’ll set it up in GoHighLevel or ActiveCampaign instead if that is what you already use or prefer.
Two ways to build it
A welcome sequence, or the full funnel
Build an audience around your subject
$700 AUD
A capture page and a multi-email sequence exploring the ideas in your book. Readers arrive interested in the topic and leave interested in you. The book is the destination, not the pitch.
- A dedicated email capture page
- A multi-email sequence on your topic
- Written to build trust before it sells anything
- Set up in Kit, GHL or ActiveCampaign
See resolution.happyhabitz.com for the style of a welcome sequence entry point.
Start with a welcome sequenceSell the book
$1000 AUD
The complete selling system: a landing page, an opt-in, an entry offer with payment wired up, and the automation behind it. Built to convert, not to nurture.
- Landing page and opt-in
- Entry offer with payment set up
- Automation tested end to end
- Built to turn interest into a sale
See start.happyhabitz.com for a full funnel in action.
Build the full funnelNot sure which?
Start with the sequence, grow into the funnel
If you are launching or just want the essential machine in place, the welcome sequence is the right first step – and it stands on its own. When you are ready to sell directly from the page and automate the whole journey, the full funnel builds on top of it. Many authors do the first now and the second later.
Let your book keep working
Set up the machine once, and every new reader is welcomed, nurtured and pointed to your book – without you lifting a finger each time.
